My husband is from Israel and every time I pull out a recipe from this book he says it's the best thing I ever cooked for him :) I love the recipes at the back for sauces and condiments, I made the Dukkah and it's gorgeous. The book features recipes for great traditional foods from the region, with a modern twist - my favourite so far is the chicken salad with fennel, fresh herbs, saffron and an orange dressing. Amazing.
