501 French Verbs,
This review is from: 501 French Verbs: with CD-ROM (Barron's Foreign Language Guides) (Kindle Edition)I know this is an excellent resource if you are learning French as I have seen it in hard copy. I decided to download it to my Kindle so that I could use it on the move. However, the font size of the verb tables is so small that I can barely ready it. When I increase the font size, the table that the verbs are in increase but the acutal text stays the same size (still barely readable). I have since checked out some other reference books and this problem seems to be common. My message is therefore that reference books, such as this one, are not a vaulabe resource on the kindle and are much better in hard copy.

Wish I had read this review before buying the kindle version. THE KINDLE VERSION CANNOT BE USED LIKE THE BOOK.
The book contains a lot of useful grammar but the main point of it is to look up the full conjugations of most verbs. The only facility for 'looking up' on kindle is 'search this book'. If you search for 'etre' you get 288 references to wade through. As above, the very useful verb pages are in tiny font. I am very annoyed and feel as if I have been conned.

Mrs. V. A. Keeley says:
Anne, do let amazon know. I did and they refunded my money.
