Are you taking the pi55? You must be. What kind of moron believes that a chocolate egg loaded with sugar syrup is in anyway suitable for a diabetic?! pmsl.
Just to help you out here, Type one Diabetics inject insulin as their bodies do not produce it, so they estimate the quanitiy of Insulin to be injected to offset the nutrition intake, often this will be wrong, so the diabetic will have a hypo, or a sugar low which can lead to coma and death.
When this happens the glucose syrup inside the egg is perfect to save their life, the chocolate is slower to absorb but the glucose is absorbable without a conversion before the body can use it.
So in conclusion, you know little about Ironic Humour and even less about Diabeties.
The MORONs you suggest know little about it are the Diabetic specialists that suggest the glucose cream is a perfect alternative if you have no JellyBeans, but then you sound like buying the Nurse outfit from Anne Summers is as close to medical school as you got in life
Thanks for coming out though, it must hjave been time off for someone you know, and I hope you learnt something, Diabetic NEED sugar syrup to live more than non-diabetics, just it needs to be regulated more than for non-diabetics.
The more you know eh?
