5.0 out of 5 stars Blimey. It works., 28 Aug. 2011

This review is from: Crucial CT128M4SSD2 128GB M4 SATA III 6Gb/s MLC 2.5 Inch Internal SSD (Personal Computers)
Fantastic upgrade for my MacBook Pro (13 inch, mid-2009 model if anyone with a similar one wants reassurance that it works). It's like a new machine. Boots in about 7 seconds, apps loading on login are available almost instantly and Lion runs very nicely indeed. Drive seems to be working at the maximum speed this machine supports (3Gbps).

Ioannis says:
I also got 13" mid 2009 MBP running 10.7 and just bought this drive . So you didn't have to do any firmware upgrades or anything? Also how is battery doing with this one ? From crucial site it appears to have low power consumption.
