A good buy,
This review is from: Official Body Control Pilates Manual: The Ultimate Guide to the Pilates Method - For Fitness, Health, Sport and at Work (Paperback)I found this book really interesting and helpful to accompany the class I attend each week. It gives more explanation and context to what I am learning.
As a beginner, I'm not sure I would have performed the moves correctly and to the benefit of my muscles and joints if I didn't have someone to correct my posture. In my opinion, this book is a great 'back up' to personal instruction.
