Solid as a rock,
This review is from: K & M Konig & Meyer Professional Trombone Stand KM149/9
This is a fairly heavy stand, but it's weight worth carrying. I use it with the legs flat to the ground, giving you the largest possible base. Setup is easy if you can already put up a music stand - the only extra point is remembering the best place for the bell support - a hand span from the top for me. There are one or two sharp bits of metal at the central end of the longer part of each leg, which you might want to file smooth, but I haven't bothered. I can't remember them causing a problem, and they're on the underside of legs in normal use.
I've seen various other stands, but none that I wanted instead of this one. It's easily strong enough for a double trigger bass.
