rubbish at its job,
This review is from: World of Flavours Italian Deluxe Double Cutter Pasta Machine (Kitchen & Home)
i actually managed three times before it broke. Pasta is not exactly tough, now is it??? The rollers became distorted and did not rotate smoothly rendering the thing unusable. It was a present from my impoverished student daughter to me. I would suggest a pasta maker is a great thing to have - fresh pasta takes no time and tastes lovely, showing dried has a lot of water in it and even bought fresh is not as good as the stuff you can make yourself - but get a more robust machine - NOT this one.

Thanks for the honest review. I was about to buy it but I think I'll go for a better quality one.

The same happened to me. The gears are not oiled from factory. If you oil it, it'll be very smooth to use.
