I'm using this after my second child. The first time I tried it I flumped on the floor wondering how on earth she was doing it!! But, keep at it. You're not expected to be able to do it all from day one; the idea is to keep working at it. It's the getting there that gets your body into shape. I'll confess its incredibly hard (she makes it look so simple!!) BUT one day when you flick it on and your able to achieve a bit more its encouraging. Good results do not come from an easy solution. Your body's been stretched for 9 months, it takes hard work to get back.
