Good sound but very flimsy,

Finding the right ear canal piece is a matter of trial and error. I found the foam tips worked best for me. There needs to be a good seal for the sound quality to be any good. However after 2 months of these phones the left ear-bud went dead. I returned to Amazon and they were replaced with no problem. 3 months on from then - the same problem - this time the connection problem seems to be in the cable at the jack end. I have been fairly careful with the phones in general - even more so since the first pair broke. I do not keep them in the pouch but I am careful to ensure they are not tucked or pulled around. When intended to be used with an iphone which comes in and out of your pocket all of the time, I expect more robust construction, given that these are non-cheap earphones!

Good points - I've now had 3 sets of these (lost one, broke two) and the sound is the best. Also they work very well at keeping noise out (as well as in). They are a bit flimsy at the connections though.
