This review is from: A Game of Thrones: Comic Book, Issue 1 (Kindle Edition)
Technically the implementation of the comic book format is poor in comparison to apps such as Comixology; individual panels can be zoomed by double-tapping, but only to around 150% of their on-page size. There is no swipe-to-flow method of moving from one frame to the next as found elsewhere.
Secondly while the artwork is crisp, I found it almost impossible to discern which of the Stark children are talking as they're all drawn with nearly identical features.
Thirdly, the execution that introduces the reader to the Starks doesn't give any clue as to who the prisoner is, nor does he deliver his final message to Ned Stark, which is an important warning of the threat to come. You have to wonder how many other details from the novels will be omitted in future issues from such a sprawling and complex storyline.
All in all then, I won't be buying episode 2.
