Could be so much better,
This review is from: The Web Collection Revealed Standard Edition: Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Flash CS3 & Fireworks CS3: Adobe Dreamweaver Cs3, Flash Cs3 and Fireworks Cs3 (Revealed (Thomson)) (Paperback)
I bought this because it was one of the very few books that appeared to deal with Adobe Fireworks CS3. However, I found it very poor in dealing with that subject. I also assumed that, as its subject matter was Flash, Dreamweaver and Fireworks, it would explain how these integrate with each other but sadly this information is very thin on the ground. Indeed, the area of migration or exporting from Fireworks into Dreamweaver in particular was virtually non-existent. How on earth the book can be titled "Revealed" is beyond me. Perhaps a more apt title would be "Unexplained".
On a more positive note, there is a good deal of information if you are a beginner to all three areas of web development but don't expect anything more than a brief tour. As I mentioned my reason for buying this was that I expected a comprehensive look at Fireworks and in particular its integration with Dreamweaver - in that respect it failed and at £36 an expensive failure at that.
