Verified Purchase(What is this?)

Well. selected this set of 'phones as replacement for the previous three which in turn were selected for the previous three. Do these things have a finite and very short life?
Reason for selecting these was their supposed ease of set up. Well I didn't find it that easy and I am a clever git. The ability to transfer new numbers to all handsets was a particularly seductive feature and reading previous reviews appeared to be simplicity itself. It is not. But, it is possible even though not intuitive.
Anyway, they work and that's all that matters. The other feature I find particularly useful is the ability to take the call on one 'phone and then let someone else pick it up on any other. The previous ones did not do this and it meant traipsing around the house to give the answered 'phone to whoever the call was for.

you said it was hard to copy phone numbers to other sets so easy peasy without the manual

Well John, our brains must be wired differently. The symbols on the handset display conveyed nothing to me. Compared to other 'phones we have had these are not what I would describe as user friendly.
