Excellent but not perfect,

This review is from: Philips Sonicare HX9332/04 DiamondClean Rechargeable Toothbrush White (Personal Care)
Had many electric tooth brushes over the years. Mainly Oral B, but the problem with those are the crappy NiMH batteries that let the device down in 6-12 months. So you always need to charge the damn thing. So this time when I needed to get a new brush, I searched high and low for a Lithium Ion or Lithium Polymer battery powered device. The Philips seems to be the only one. It says it lasts 2 weeks on a full 24 hour induction charge, that's probably true but you do need a FULL 24 hour non-stop charge regardless of status lights and only brush your teeth on 'clean' setting for 2 mins twice per day. As my wife and I use and tend to go for 2.5 to 3.0 mins we find we need to charge after 5 or 6 days after a full 24 hour charge. The problem is you can never achieve a full 24 hour charge as you need to brush your teeth during that period! So on an overnight charge we get about 3 or 4 days between charges with the charge warning coming about day 3. No idea why it takes so long to induction charge the Li ion battery but it does, shame there is no direct charge option. No signs of battery memory yet (unlike NiMH) so that's good. Very different cleaning sensation from Oral B motion devices, the sonic bit is amazing and disturbing. Teeth have never felt cleaner BUT (and it is a big but) I have needed to floss more (prob a good thing really) with this brush, it seems less able to clean between my teeth. My wife has no such issue.
Positives - Impressive clean, Lithium Ion Battery, nice package, very apple design
Negatives - Doesn't clean between my teeth well so I need to floss more (not a problem for my wife), brushes expensive, difficult to achieve full charge with use, I would NOT pay the RRP
On balance the best electric brush I have had to date but not perfect as yet. I also note Philips do a flossing brush sold separately. The cynical part of me says the poor in between teeth clean is a ploy to get me to buy that too!
