Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I always approach new security products with caution. I had never heard of Titanium Maximum Security, so wasn't expecting too much from it. However, I have to say that it has been easy to live with, and I have had very little to complain about. It was simple to install, and easy to configure to my requirements. It has not noticeably slowed my PC (the same cannot be said for many similar products) or affected Start Up. I have had a couple of instances where it refused to open websites, and just hung trying to load the page, but a bit of fine tuning with the settings managed to overcome this. Another problem with this type of software is that it seems to be forever running background checks and live updates. I'm sure Titanium Max must be doing this, but it hasn't so far appeared to affect my PC adversely. The software has yet to identify any potential threats, so I am unable to vouch for it's effectiveness as a Security Package. So, in the absece of any threat being detected, I must give it the benefit of the doubt and say that it is working OK. That being the case, this is one of the least frustrating software security packages I have used, and it is therefore worth serious consideration.
