Would not recommend with multiple allergies.,

I have a child who is not allowed to eat Nuts as yet and is allergic to Milk, Wheat, Eggs, Barley . . . . and a few other things. I would not recommend this book for use by people who also are allergic to these mentioned items.
Although this book is laid out very well I found recipes didn't work when trying to avoid all of the above. Recipes where you have to substitute one item often work but when trying to replace eggs, milk / butter and flour it often leads to unsuccessful or odd results.
I acknowledge that not all people are going to be allergic to as many things but I was disappointed that the promise of this book didn't live up to the expectations I had. Baked and savoury items I particularly struggle with and feel this isn't the book to help me.
For people / children with allergies to just one of the items then I expect this book would be more useful.
Roll on the day my little one drops at least some of his allergies !!
