Beautiful pictures. Clear simple prose style. Not that many recipes for the money. The recipe instructions seem simple enough to follow, I've read almost the whole book at one sitting so that side of it is excellent the photos and draw you in and the recipes are easy to read and follow (in your head) but we've not really used the book in anger so can't comment further about whether this is a practical cookery book or just a glamour food book.
