Must admit that I was a little concerned about the other reviews on this printer but decided to give it a go anyway, after all it can be returned if its not up to scratch.
Found set up very easy and had set up a desktop, laptop, android tablet, 2 android smart phones and an iPhone to work within an hour including the time it took to unpack the box! However a week later after having to change the hard drive in the laptop and reinstall I did have an issue, after much head scratching it turned out that having the laptop in an economy mode had turned off some service that was required by the installation software. After turning off the energy economy mode installation was done in minutes with no issues whatsoever, so if you are having installation issues it could be an idea to check your power options, I wasn't even aware that this mode made any changes to services running nor does it state that it does in any of Microsoft's info!
Inserting the ink was too, not sure how the ink changing could cause anyone any issues, it wasn't even necessary to read the instructions as it was all done automatically other than clicking the cartridges in to place, the head moved itself into the right position and it recognised both the original carts that came with it and a set of compatibles that I bought. Ink usage hasn't been so poor in comparison to other printers that I am concerned about that, in fact I would go so far as to say I'm happy with it considering that the ink is the expensive part of printing and the printer itself is just an initial outlay I've managed 100 full colour full page invites that I have been printing and the inks show at just over half full. The HP one that this replaced managed 59 of the exact same job before emptying a full colour cartridge however it was an old inefficient printer and the reason I thought I would look into a new printer.
Love being able to print straight from my mobile and being able to scan straight to mobile devices is handy too.
Very happy with my purchase indeed.

Are you employed by Epson? This is virtually the same review as the other printers I have looked at. Either that, or you go through printers at an alarming rate!

Don't have any apple stuff anymore saw the light and 100% android in this house now, but if I remember right the app was called epsom iprint, iprint, iepsom or something along those lines, I'm sure it says in the instructions the name of the app you need. On a side note the printer is still going strong.
