Paul sounding happy.,
This review is from: New (Audio CD)
Paul returns with a fine collection of songs full of fun lyrics and ripper hooks that pass away a very pleasant 52 minutes. Pauls guitar work is simply beautiful but his voice is starting to show a few cracks here and there. Although he has used 4 producers it sounds a cohesive production. I cant give it 5 stars as he has certainly made better albums but then again he has made worse albums too. He sounds like he has enjoyed making this album and it is certainly worth the entrance fee and he certainly is still a relevent force.

Thanks for your honest assessment of Paul's voice. Sure a few glitches here and there , but he is a hard working 71 year old . Nice to see you aren't overhyping like some who have been saying since his 1989 world tour that his voice was shot...
I think his voice is mainly excellent here.

I quite agree, I didnt mean that his voice is not good, I saw Paul in Dublin in 2010 and he and his voice was marvellous. Great to see that he still tours and puts on an almost 3 hour entertaining show. I think the album will also improve with further listenings.
