Harry Hill's TV Burp is a justly popular and award-winning show, and his audio commentary to 'You've Been Framed' has help re-invent a tired old TV staple. This book, 'Livin' The Dreem', manages to relocate his uniquely wonky comic vision to the printed page to laugh out loud results. It is very hard to read this book on public transport, because the effect it has on the reader may cause fellow travellers to worry for your sanity. Four hundred and sixty-eight pages is a long read by anyone's standards, but the laughs per page ratio is very high indeed, and his ability to weave in celebrities and media figures into the unlikely narrative is truly a work of wonder, and manages to make some of them more appealling than the appalling real thing. Buy this for someone who's in need of a laugh - ie most of the UK population!
