The author has done a great deal of research, and combined with his own practical experience, he has written an extremely useful reference book. I love coconut, and I've been looking for information on how to use it, and I was very surprised to see just how many ways it can benefit your body from both the inside, and the outside.
This book covers everything from sourcing coconut oil, to a clear explanation of what are good fats - and coconut is definitely one of the healthiest you can find. When you understand that this pure and natural source is the best alternative to processed fats, you will find as much enjoyment in using it every way possible as the author has done.
