Not his best,

This review is from: Lastnight: The 5th Jack Nightingale Supernatural Thriller (Kindle Edition)
The latest nightingale book is somewhat confusing as when I got to a certain point I thought I had read it before. This particular adventure was bitty and disjointed. It looks to be his last Jack Nightingale book as I think he is running out of stories for this character even if he is someone you want to go out for a pint with. I hope Jack returns but I hope Stephen has th imagination not to take exerts from his previous books just to pad it out.

I felt the same, I thought I was reading the wrong book at one point as it was the same.

Yes, that is what I thought, I kept thinking that I had read the book before . A bit confusing as well trying to remember who is in on Jack's secrets . I had forgotten that Joshua Wainwright was from Jack's other parallel universe. Very muddled and not up to the previous books, especially the first three. 4 was a letdown too .
