Hard to beat for the money,
This review is from: Celestron Travel Scope 70 Telescope (Electronics)
This is one of my favourite small scopes. It's light and easy to use with a decent sized aperture and a couple of pretty nice eyepieces too which are the better 1.25" size. The tripod could be better but it has to be light from the portability angle. It will fit easily to a larger mount as it has both a standard camera thread and also an astronomy dovetail bar.
I had read in of the reviews that the image was upside down but the person obviously hadn't used the 45 degree star diagonal which provides a correct image and had just stuck the eyepiece straight into the back of the scope.
It also comes with a built in t-thread so could be very cheap way to get a 400mm telephoto lens for DSLR astrophotography.
For £50,it's an absolute steal.
