I've been on numerous diets over the years and nothing has worked quite as well and as easily for me as The Superfood Diet. There are three tailored and FLEXIBLE diet plans from which to choose depending on lifestyle. I'm following the plan that alternates a detox day with a non-detox day and that allows me to exchange physical activity for more food!
Following the plan for the first week, I've lost 2 kilos by alternating detox days with non-detox days where on my detox day I am consuming 1000 calories (500 calories base allowance + 500 calories physical activity allowance) and on the alternating non-diet day I am taking in 2500 calories (2000 calories base + 500 calories physical activity allowance).
Doesn't feel like a diet and happy for now. Well done Gurpareet!
