My daughter is keen on anything to do with Italian Cookery and had been on a course associated with this cookery school. Leafing through her "Italian Cookery Bible" I decided I needed to have my own copy. It is an excellent introduction to Italian Cookery, very comprehensive in its coverage, with lots of illustrations, and easy well presented instructions (in a good translation). Even if you never use this book it is worth having just to read, and the price for a volume of this nature is unbeatable. This is one of the best purchases for my kitchen book shelves that I have made recently. I wish I lived near enough to take the cookery course itself!
