Having married into a Peruvian family and visited that beautiful country, I can honestly say that in fact this book truly represents Peruvian cookery. The unfortunate review giving a score of just two is both inaccurate and misguiding. For any-one out there who wishes to be introduced to many aspects of Peruvian cookery (no book will capture them all), this a great book to start with.
