Shame about the elastic band,

This workout would be great if it were not for the elastic resistance loop that comes with it.
It's a pain to put it on, especially when you have trainers on and by the time you have got it on and where it needs to be, the instructor is halfway through the move you were supposed to be doing and you have missed it.
The other issue is that, because it is basically an elastic band, once it is under resistance, it stretches thin and twists and curls and 'bites' at your legs and it is painful! It also digs in when it is stretched thin.
I really felt I didn't get the best out of this workout, which is a shame as it is a good work out, but the band ruins it. I get the idea, but it's just not practical. I won't give up on it though, I think I just need to adapt it and use ankle weights to try and get the same kind of resistance out of the workout.
