Lumia 925 is a must for heavy Microsoft Office users.,

This review is from: Nokia Lumia 925 32GB LTE /4G (Vodafone) Simlock - black (Electronics)
I went from never having owned a smart-phone, to jumping into the deep end by purchasing a 32gb Nokia Lumia 925 from Soteluk, in Germany, through Amazon.co.uk, for my use in the U.S.A. Bottom line is I’m giving Soteluk and the phone five stars.
I wanted European version of phone because they only sell a 16gb Lumia 925 in U.S., which wasn’t enough storage for me and 925 doesn’t have capability for an SD card. However, the 925 is prefect size, shape, and weight, so I sacrificed cell phone data speed for 32gb storage and form factor. U.S. LTE frequencies are different than Europe, so LTE won’t work on this phone in the U.S., but HSPA is fast enough for my purposes, and 80% of my life is within range of secure wi-fi.
Was hesitant to buy a Europe phone to activate in the U.S., but Soteluk was very responsive. They answered all of my questions and both assured me that it would work in the U.S., and that I could return the phone within 30 days if I had any trouble using it on the U.S. cell phone network. There was one hiccup with the export paperwork that could have held up delivery, but Soteluk responded within 24 hours, and I received the phone when promised.
It arrived in perfect condition, except the seal on the box was broken. It could have been Customs, or it could have been opened in the store, but nothing seemed amiss and I was able to configure it and activate it with my cell phone carrier, so I didn’t worry about the seal. My biggest issue was translating the welcome screen from German to English, until I got to the point where could I re-configure the phone to prompt me in English. The charger that came with the phone plugs into a European style electrical outlet, but I only need an adapter, not a transformer, because the charger accepts both European 220 and USA 110v.
The Lumia 925 is a fabulous phone. Its display is large, crisp, and responsive to touch. The phone is fast, comfortable to use, and has great call quality. If you’re a heavy Microsoft Office user, and you want all of your content from Exchange, SharePoint, OneNote, and SkyDrive to be seamlessly synced to your phone, Windows Phone 8 does all of that wonderfully. Of course Windows Phone 8 suffers from a shortage of popular apps and games, but I’m a content creator, not a content consumer, so that’s unimportant to me. The apps and software needed to keep me productive are available and work great.
