Amazon Suck at Pre-Orders, NEVER trust them,
This review is from: Halo Reach / Game O.S.T. (Audio CD)
this album is the finest piece of music released this over anything you'll see on mtv or commercial radio. halo reach is by far the better character and story driven scores in the halo series. o'donnell deserves a place in the hall of fame in the videogame industry as one of the leading composers out there.
however, amazon failed to deliver stock on pre-orders back dating nearly over a month before hand. it's really lame. not only that, they didn't notify customers that they would fail to meet demand in advance, only for us to discover on the day of release. how do you f**k up a pre-order like halo???? pre-orders gives one an impression on how much stock they need to buy. amazon also don't ship your order early for arrival on the release date like other sites do, such as game.co.uk. this isn't my 1st bbq with amazon on pre-orders [alan wake ost] and am continually fed up on them not giving a s**t about their customers in this regard.

I do agree with you completely, but you could have stated it all rather less crudely.

that's how amazon do pre-orders. that's how they treat their customers. [sarcasm]obviously halo is not a big thing. it's a small selling videogame franchise. orders must be minimal. [/sarcasm]

To right mate. They sent my copy of the game 3 days late and I preordered it 3 months before!

something for googlebot and seo, amazon sucks at pre-orders. take your money elsewhere to a site that cares about customers who go to the effort of pre-ordering. maybe amazon can learn from this and buck up.
