The worst Spiritual book that I have ever come across without reservation,
This review is from: Hope Street (Hardcover)I have read over 25 books related to spiritualism and would advise you to give this book an extremely wide berth as it is the worst one that I have read.
I think the author pretentious because there is far too much reference regarding her family history, what was placed where in her Gran's house, what the houses looked like, the ample size of the neighbours bosoms and indeed getting the cane at her school and the male teacher being interested in how her bosoms bounced when she flinched. When the pages should of infact been geared to how and why spiritualism surrounded her family and what happened regarding the many trance mediumship episodes with the most gifted one of all her mother. The author admits that her brother was the academic and she was always at the bottom of the class, so why didn't her brother write this book?
I really cannot understand how anyone would rate this book and if you truly are looking for spiritual enlightenment then try one of the following The birth called death by Kathie Jordan, Voices in the Dark by Leslie Flint and We are eternal by Robert Brown.
