It was excatly what I ordered however it was supposed to be dispatched on the 7th Feb and it would have arrived in time for valentines day. It wasoobviously not dispatched on this day as the postmark said the 22nd Feb. So this ruined valentines day. This said I would still use this seller again

This is not a product review - you should have gone back to the seller and complained.

Yes, and that's noticeable when you look at reasons behind people giving feedback as 1 star and 2 stars for items. This drags an otherwise high rating down.
Perhaps some people just look at the overall rating before deciding what to buy, or just don't have the time to go through them one-by-one.
If I wrote, directed or just had a small part in the production of something, I'd be flummoxed if the reviews about the quality of my end product were affected by an item arriving late, was scratched or if the buyer had ordered the incorrect region for their player.
A lot of this is going on across the board and it's annoying cos I know I'll HAVE to wade through the reviews, myself, to try to get an accurate review upon which to base my reasons for buying something and what I should or shouldn't know before spending my money.
If it says [Import], then it is probably an import.
