excellent and prompt service,
This review is from: A1CS FUSION5 Tablet PC - 10.1" Screen - Android 4.0 ICS - 1GB RAM - 8GB STORAGE - Capacitive 5-Point Touch Screen - Supports BBC Iplayer.
A1CS X220 TABLET 10.2" ANDROID 2.2, WIFI, MIFI, HDMI, 1080P, Capacitive
I bought my original tablet from a1cs, which didn't work as I expected. It came with a welcoming letter explaining some important details related to the flash player and how the video works when using hdmi, including E-mail to contact them. I wrote to them explaining my issues and they replied the same day with different solutions including a possible upgrade to a capacitive one, which I finally opted for. Definitely I would have gone for that option first if I had known the small difference on the price (here, I have to say that it's a little bit confusing to know what models are available from them or what model is being reviewed in amazon). The capacitive tablet arrived promptly and I have to say that this model fully comply with my expectations: very accurate when tapping the screen(no stylus necessary!!), apps working properly -especially google voice recognition and the BBC iplayer-, long battery's life, always hooked up to the wifi router and simplicity on the design, great overall. Finally, I had to ask them about the BBC iplayer which wasn't working after a factory reset (google account was giving me an annoying message as I used the wrong email and couldn't get rid of it). Same again, quick and helpful reply. It's worth trying their tablets and if necessary their service. I look forward to seeing their website working soon, which hopefully will be better than the manuals.

almost five months with this tablet and i can say that it's amazing. during all that time i have to reboot it just twice. the only con is the usage of memory. local memory gets full quite quickly. it doesn't matter the amount of memory on the sd card as many apps cannot be stored on it. maybe it's more a problem from android.
