This review is from: Out of Bounds: British Black & Asian Poets (Newcastle / Bloodaxe Poetry) (Paperback)
I expect the only reason I am studying this is because my Uni published it. There are certain poems which I enjoyed, but on the most part I found them rather tedious.

As you are a university student, I'd expect a more detailed review; you are being educated to think and this needs to be reflected in your comments. What exactly made the poems 'tedious'? Your uni may have published the book but this doesn't necessarily mean you were asked to read it for this reason. How about thinking in terms of diversity and the need for this? Or considering that maybe the definition of 'British' poetry is being contested by your tutors?
