Just the job,
This review is from: Madhur Jaffrey's Foolproof Indian Cookery (Foolproof Cookery) (Hardcover)
Following Madhur Jaffrey's "Indian Cookery" back in the eighties, I made my first experiences cooking Indian food. Since then I've bought quite a few further books from various authors. I think that Madhur's "Foolproof Indian Cookery" is one of the best. The recipes work, the descriptions are clear, the photos are motivating and I must admit that after nearly 30 years of Indian cooking, I still grab this book before preparing a meal.
