I don't know why I never bought on before. it is so secure and holds the bike steady.if the weather is fine and you want to use the bike on the road the Turbo frame is simple to detach. Plus if you want to lose weight the Turbo variable speed is for you. It is unisex.
And BLACK DOG BIKES are excellent to deal with I can recommend them and their products. 5 Star service.
