Really useful book,

This book is worth having if you are a yoga teacher or have problems with your knees. It's not too long, easy to read and full of good ideas. One of the ideas, standing on one foot with eyes closed, is so simple but potentially very effective.
Even the advice on sitting is a new way of looking at something.
I would highly recommend this book.
