Great recipes that are really low in calories,

I was very sceptical but as a participant of the 5/2 Fasting Diet, I decided to give it a go. The recipes themselves are easy to make and are very filling with plenty of variety and well flavoured. A must if you are trying to reduce your calrie intake.
