This book was so amateur - pages looked like photocopies. Frankly, you could get most of these ideas from the internet. All you need to do is type in "200 calorie or less breakfast" and you'd find what you want. I bought the book because I didn't want to trawl the net and wanted something I could just pick up an look at - this did not fit the bill. The recipes that come free with newspapers are better. Think it's someone lazy cashing in on what is a very good diet. Will be sticking to my own boring version - which works and not trying any "fancy" (not) recipe books.
