This review is from: The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition (Complete Guides) (Paperback)
While this book deserves some credit for flagging what does not work (ginseng for instance) thereby saving you both your money and your stomach, it is mostly targeted to the layman. A bit disappointing especially in the light of the many (too good) reviews on that site (Marketing tactics?) which makes you question their objectivity...
