1.0 out of 5 stars What a shame!, 27 April 2009
This review is from: Mekanik Destruktiw Kommandoh (Audio CD)
This is not a remastered edition, as one might expect, but the same version which was released years ago, only this time in misleading digi-pack disguise. This concerns "Kobaia", "1001 Centigrades", "Kohntarkosz" and "Wurdah Itah" also. I bought them all and now I may throw them away as well. It has never occured to me they might be the same old hissing versions I already have. Beware then! If you own any of the previous editions, avoid this humbug!

Since the new Studio Zund boxset is on the same label (Le Chant du Monde) they must all be the same poor versions. Well thats saved me from shelling out. Thank you.

Try the Japanese replica, it is a genuine 2009 remaster. It perfect but expensive. If you buy from a reputable Japanese company you'll get the genuine artical for about £25 inc p+p

The Japanese do some absolutely fantastic remasters (and the attention to detail in the artwork etc is phenomenal). Why can't 'the rest of the world' manage it?!
