A bit disappointing as not really reflecting the most current debate of the issues. This is not surprising really as pace of politics is fast moving.

"Better to read the newspapers". Really? Don't be so ridiculous. The newspapers, with the only exception being the Sunday Herald, as well as the rest of the MSM, are totally biased against Scottish Independence. If you want the truth about Scottish Independence better to look at websites such as Wings Over Scotland, Newsnet Scotland, Bella Caledonia, National Collective etc. etc. where you'll find the real grassroots movement supporting a Yes vote!

A nice, temperate reply, showing the nastiness that has disfigured so much of Yes's campaigning.

Mr Podmore, I feel that I should note that I have yet to see any nastiness from the YES campaign. In fact, I have found the speakers for independence to be calm, measured and thoughtful in their points. On the other hand, those in the NO campaign appear to be hand-ringing, doom obsessed naysayers who are unable to explain why staying in the UK is a good thing. They focus only on why leaving the UK is a bad thing for Scotland. One should never campaign against something, the campaign should always be FOR something.
