Effective Comound Exerciese,

This is my favourite of the Ripped series because the emphasis is on compound exercises. Compound exercises force you to use more muscles; therefore, you burn more calories. All the exercises, from the side squat-lunge track to the tricep-threesome, are so effective.
Again, the music is energising and I find the short time between tracks keeps me motivated.
This is the video I tend to do those mornings when I am finding it really difficult to focus and wake up - this video will jump start your day and you will feel pumped and ready to face the work day ahead. Because shoulder and back definition are some of the foci of this video, I find that I have better posture walking to work as well!
