5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth reading, 29 Nov. 2000
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: The Nature of Space and Time (Isaac Newton Institute Series of Lectures) (Paperback)
...This book strives to answer "unanswerable" questions, and succeeds admirably. This is NOT a textbook, but fascinating fodder for the intelligent layman. I enjoyed it thoroughly, and would recommend it highly.

Sorry but this book can only be understood by someone who's seriously studied the subject at degree level from what I can tell! I studied A-level mathematics, A-level Physics, have a degree in Electronic Engineering and read up on this sort of subject regularly but this book, from the first couple of pages on, is way beyond me!
