Fantastic recipe ideas,

I've had this book for around a year now so have made a good number of the recipe ideas in it, and I must say it's been a godsend. Some fantastic meals have been had that are both tasty and nutritious.
If I could make one minor quibble, it's that her ideas around preparation time are a bit under-estimated in my opinion, and I nearly always manage quite a few more portions than she suggests the recipe should provide.
They are minor quibbles though, as this is a great book.
