Quality Monitor on a Budget,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: AOC I2757FM 27 inch Widescreen IPS LED Multimedia Monitor (Mobile High-Definition Link, i-Menu, e-Saver, Screen+, 1920 x 1080, 5 ms, 2 x HDMI) (Accessory)
I use this monitor as a second screen for an iMac and Lenovo T410, as well as the primary monitor on a custom build PC, the picture is fantastic and has no dead/stuck pixels. I actually prefer this to a 27" Dell (1920x1080) which cost me a lot more, as it seems much more vibrant. Although this is just down to personal preference. I really don't think you'll find a better performing monitor any cheaper, the 2560x1440 res ones are still very pricey, so this isn't a bad way to go if you are just looking to increase your screen-space on a tight budget.
The only minor gripes are:
1. The VERY poor quality speakers. This doesn't affect, me as I always use an external audio set up, just beware of this if you intend on using them for your primary audio output.
2. The mobile link cable was not included in the box - this is something of a novelty and short of testing it I would never really use it, just another point to be mindful of if it's a dealbreaker for you.
