A Customer (why so bashful?) writes:
"This book is far longer than it needs to be. From a parent's perspective, the key points could easily be summarised in one short chapter. There are many interesting points but these are buried in lots of text."
Perhaps A Customer does not realise that the "key points" need to be set in context in order to be properly understood. Which is what the "lots of text" is about.
This is indeed a "serious" book - though written in a fairly light tone - and therefore possibly not the kind of material that EVERY parent would want to read.
For those who do appreciate this kind of information, however, it is worth putting out a little effort to take the whole thing in.
