This review is from: Meditations for a Clear Mind: Finding Happiness from a Different Source (Living Meditation) (Audio CD)
Having recently started to study Buddhism & Meditation, I was looking for something to help guide me at home when I didn't have the words of my teacher. This CD is a nice easy commentary giving you guides and pointers to help you achieve a focus while meditating. There are three tracks on the CD, each one a complete meditation. There is no gimmicky music or constant chatter, it's just plain and simple which is all you should need.

I dont wish to offend, but are you a member of Gyatso's cult perhaps?

No I'm not a member. I've read the stuff written about Gyatso and as a result stopped going to the NKBT classes however, whether you think what he preaches is right or wrong, the sentiment and message in the CD is common across all Buddhism and this is not just his version.

It's your choice.... no body makes you listen to it.
