1.0 out of 5 stars Too short by far, 6 Jan 2012

Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: MOTO-BRACE BRACES BLACK
The braces are good and wide to lessen pressure over shoulders. However that is the only good point. The clips need a very thick material to work. Ordinary trouser material is not sufficient for the alligator teeth to clutch onto. The main reason for disappointment is the very short back cross-over section. I am 5'10" and they are too short for me at the longest adjustment. Obviously most bike riders must be short guys! Very difficult to keep packaging in one piece to return goods so I will be passing these on to my son. NOT a good buy.

Obviously my comment on bike riders being short guys must have struck a chord with Patrick. My apologies if he was offended in any way. Unfortunately his English language teacher at school probably wonders why he could not not make the same impression on Patrick as well when it came to remembering his grammar and constructing sentences. Stick to the bikes Patrick!!

The braces are good and wide to lessen pressure over shoulders. << Because there designed for bikers . However that is the only good point. The clips need a very thick material to work. Ordinary trouser material is not sufficient for the alligator teeth to clutch onto. << The reason is because there designed for bikers who wear proper trousers when out riding motorcycles not wearing silk pyjama bottoms and there very grippy infact one of the strongest pairs on the market .The main reason for disappointment is the very short back cross-over section. I am 5'10" and they are too short for me at the longest adjustment.<< Lose weight there not designed to fit obese old men who wear silk panties . Obviously most bike riders must be short guys! << Why don't you pop round to your local bikers club and make that statement i think you may be going home slightly re educated ... Very difficult to keep packaging in one piece to return goods so I will be passing these on to my son. NOT a good buy. <<< Summary if your waistline exceeds your height and you only wear flannelette pants or silky bottoms buy something from Anne Summers .
