A great book to dip into in difficult times,

I bought this book about 5 years ago and even now occasionally dip into it whenever I'm feeling down, insecure or otherwise in need of some self help.
This book is not one of those you read from cover to cover only to later forget everything and never look at it again. It's a helpful concoction of short articles no longer than about 3 or 4 pages each which give you practical solutions to overcoming everyday obstacles. It provides common sense solutions and has been good to me in times of need and thus I highly recommend it.
