Quite a good book, lots of different ideas, but would have liked a few 'meal plans', what goea with what.
Not sure if it is the best book if you are starting out as a veggie.
Good on things like spreads and dips but butters, roasted red pepper hummus is really good.
Would be a great book for someone who has been veggie for a while and needs some insipration.
Photos are good.
