Great for my HTC Desire and some of my Bluetooth headsets,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Amzer Micro USB Retractable Data Sync Charge Cable (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I was looking for a flexible USB A to Micro-B cable for my HTC Desire and for a couple of headsets. The problem with most USB cables are lack of flexibility and stiffness. The inflexible cables put more stress on the plug in both the computer and the attached device, and it also makes it ore difficult to place phone and cables exactly where you want them.
This cable works fine. I bought three, but I'm so far only using one. The other cables may be given away, or I may use it as a spare.
The quality seems ok, and I will get back if I have problems with the cable. I plan to use it every day, so if it fails, it should happen pretty fast.

Out of curiosity, I took apart the winding mechanism. A task that was much easier than putting it together again, I can assure!
Based on my look at the mechanism, where a tiny 1 mm steel ball runs in a plastic groove of the spring loaded winding mechanism, I would suggest that the mechanism is kept in a clean environment, and care is taken not to put pressure on the winding mechanism. Mine still works fine, but it is a cheaply produced and delicate mechanism.
Should the winding mechanism fail some day, I will take it apart (there is s small screw under the yellow label), and I would simply use it as a conveniently flexible USB cable!
